Training in Quality Improvement & Innovation

Department of Medicine faculty members have developed a national/international reputation for their contributions to training in quality improvement (QI) and innovation. In addition to leading or contributing to the delivery of QI educational offerings through national organizations such as the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, the Canadian Patient Safety Institute, the Canadian Foundation for Healthcare Improvement, and the Association of American Medical Colleges, the following programs are offered through the Department of Medicine and its partnerships with local partners such as the Centre for Quality Improvement and Patient Safety (C-QuIPS) and the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation:
