Clinical Clerkship Committee

Purpose:

To enable the coordinated and collaborative implementation of the Department of Medicine Clerkship curriculum through integrated representation from the clinical departments in order to provide students with the knowledge, skills and attitutdes essential to effective, efficient person-centred care.

Mandate:

To provide representation for the hospitals that host University of Toronto Students for the Years 3 and 4 Clerkship phase of the program.

Meetings:

The Committee meets monthly, normally on the second Thursday of every month, and at the call of the Chair. Responsibilities include, curricular content and delivery, evaluations of student performance, course performance and other outcomes, communication and collaboration.
